2. Data we collect
When you place an order: identity, delivery address, email address, order history and payment data (processed exclusively by our payment provider; CyLimit never has access to card numbers). When you browse: technical data and cookies required for the site and the checkout to work.
3. Purposes and recipients
Data is used to process and deliver orders, handle customer service and meet our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting). It is shared only with the recipients required: our e-commerce platform (Shopify, which operates the checkout), our shipping provider and the carriers (name and delivery address only, to prepare and ship the order).
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some recipients may be located outside the European Union, in particular our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and, for deliveries outside the European Union, the relevant shipping providers. These transfers are limited to the data strictly required and are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR.
5. Retention periods
Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (10 years for accounting records). Any marketing data is kept for 3 years after the last contact.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).
7. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies strictly required for it and the checkout to work. Any audience measurement or marketing cookie would be subject to your prior consent.
